TradeFlow Planner started with a General Foreman who was tired of managing crew schedules in spreadsheets. After 22 years in the field, he knew exactly what was missing — and what needed to be built.

We didn't adapt a generic project management tool. We built TradeFlow Planner from scratch, shaped by real conversations with contractors, project managers, and field supervisors who needed something that actually fit how construction works.
